Size Change

Please inform us within 5 days after receiving your jewelry:

Item must be in new condition with original box and 'Certificate of Authenticity'.
Upon approval, please mail us back the items.

After we have checked the jewelry, we will change the size and send the jewelry back within 5 working days.

GEMMA does not have a jewelry buyback service.
